A small group of PGM 7th and 8th grade chorus members earned a "Platinum" trophy for their performance at the 2024 Panama City Beach Music Festival this weekend! After their performance, the students were treated to dinner at Capt. Jack's Buffet, games at Dave and Buster’s, bowling, skating, pizza, and arcade games. They wrapped up their trip with a morning at the beach. 🏝️🎶🏆


Mrs. Justice’s students have been working on their financial literacy projects and learning about budgeting. Brittanye Blake from WALB spoke to Mrs. Jackson's first period 6th grade ELA class about her transition from newspaper reporter to broadcaster. She emphasized the importance of reading, writing, and editing, talked about programs used to create newspapers, and taught the students about the interview process. Ms. Jackson's students will be creating their own school newspaper over the next few weeks and were excited to learn some pointers from Ms. Blake! 😊📰📹#CommunityPartnerships
