Mrs. Weeks has the 4th grade gifted students conduct research about notable multicultural figures. The students will present their research at our school-wide multicultural heritage night in October.

We are so grateful for parent classroom donations at MBE. Students in Mrs. Carter's kindergarten class enjoyed wearing masks during Math after learning about the letter Mm this week!
In 3rd grade science, we just finished the unit on Heat energy. We learned about solar energy and how it can cause certain items to melt or get hot. For this project we built solar overs and used materials that will absorb the heat energy to make smores!
A special thank you to Papa Johns in Valdosta for donating pizza boxes to our 3rd grade students for these projects!
